Priced per seat. Measured per cohort.

A programme runs twelve weeks with a named cohort lead. Seats roll up into cohorts of forty, because a number you can actually renew on is completion depth, not breadth of adoption.

Prices shown are per seat for one twelve-week programme, excluding VAT. Nothing renews automatically — a cohort ends, you look at the completion report, and then you decide.

The questions procurement actually asks.

Why cohorts rather than a headcount licence?
Because it changes what you get measured on. Five hundred scattered seats with forty engaged people is eight percent utilisation, and it gets cut at budget review — correctly. A forty-person cohort with thirty-two completing is eighty percent completion, and it renews. Same people, same product, different denominator.
What happens if completion comes in low?
You will see it in the admin view week by week, not in a report at the end. If a cohort is tracking under fifty percent at the halfway mark we will say so and work out why — usually pace, occasionally the cohort lead, sometimes us.
Can we see what our people wrote?
No, and there is no tier that unlocks it. There is no screen, export or API that returns session content to an admin. Every figure you see is an aggregate over at least eight people. That guarantee is the reason anyone says anything honest, so it is not negotiable.
Is there a direct, non-corporate version?
Yes — free sign-up and a trial, then a personal subscription. It is the same coach and the same stages. What a seat buys on top is cohort facilitation, the completion reporting, onboarding for your cohort leads, and SSO.
